There are notable Bluetooth limitations to keep in mind when using the Cloud Buds TWS on PC.

First, the Cloud Buds TWS will present with two Playback devices, "Headphones Stereo" and "Headset Hands-Free." The Headphones device provides high quality playback audio. The Hands-Free device provides lower quality playback audio, intended for calls / VOIP.

The "Headphones Stereo" (high quality playback) device cannot be used simultaneously with the microphone.

The "Headset Hands-Free" (lower quality playback) device can be used simultaneously with the microphone, but this setup is not ideal for regular listening.

For a setup where you are purely listening to audio and not using the microphone, please set the "Headphones Stereo" device as the Default Device and Default Communications Device in Windows Sound Control Panel, under the Playback tab. Disable the Hands-Free device under the Recording tab to prevent the microphone from being used.

For a setup where you need to use the microphone, please set the Hands-Free device as the Default Device and Default Communications Device in Windows Sound Control Panel, under the Playback tab and Recording tabs.
