- Check that the cable is fully plugged into the headset and device ports. It should be seated flush when done properly.
- Increase the volume of the headset and device to see if there is any audio. Make sure that the headset is not muted through the audio settings.
- Test the headset on a different device. If it works, check the settings and connections of the original device that has no audio. The reason it's tested this way is because issues with the headset itself will follow it to any device you plug it into.
- If you have a USB dongle or in-line volume controls, check the audio controls there to ensure the volume is turned up.
