Make sure the wireless USB adapter and the headset are disconnected from the PC before continuing.
- Open Device Manager. Normally, you should be able to right click the Start button and select it in the list.
- Click “View” on the top of the window and check “Show hidden devices."
- Under “Sound, video and game controllers”, double-click the respective device listing for your headset.
- Under the “Driver” tab, click “Uninstall Device."
- Make sure “Attempt to remove the driver for this device” is checked.
- Click “Uninstall."
- Under “Software components”, double-click “DTS Audio Effects Component."
- Under the “Driver” tab, click “Uninstall Device.”
- Click “Uninstall.”
- Restart your PC
