The product model/number can be found on the underside of the mouse pad, typically near the edge.
If you are unsure, please send a picture to our Technical Care team to help ID the product for you.
HP models will simply show the part number / SKU, sometimes prefixed by "SKU#".
Kingston models will start with KHX- or HX-. When talking with our Technical Care team, make sure to include any part info you see.
